Who are we?
Atos Forming was established in Çalı Organized Industry to operate in the hot and cold forging sector. With its management coming from different sector and discipline experiences, it aims to meet the needs of the sector in metal forming in the most effective way.
With startup flexibility and a corporate approach, we deliver timely and optimal solutions to customer demands..
Our founding team is using its international experience in 4 different engineering fields to transform ATOS Forming into a global brand.

ATOS FORMING
We produce 100,000 shear studs per month with our customized production line specifically designed for shear stud production. In addition to standard sheear studs which have 19, 22 and 25 diameters and in 75, 100, 125 and 150 mm length, we also have special production for customer projects such as 60, 90, 110 mm.
We serve our customers with our monthly production of 50,000 pieces of T1, T2, T3 and T4 steel forged elevator rail clips.
With a monthly capacity of 100,000 units, we serve our customers in the public and private sectors with products in different sizes and diameters according to their needs.
We produce steel construction bolts, which is used heavily especially in the construction sector, in the fastest and most competitive way to meet the customers demands as soon as possible. Our production capacity, which increases day by day, has reached 150,000 pieces per month.
